Product features (for example fingerprint access on hardware we supply) are governed by separate product documentation and your agreement with us when you purchase or install equipment.

• When you call, WhatsApp, or email us
• When you use address lookup suggestions powered by OpenStreetMap Nominatim (your typed query is sent to their service to return suggestions)
• Automatically through cookies or similar technologies only if we enable analytics or similar tools (see Section 8)

We use personal information to:

• Respond to enquiries and provide quotes
• Recommend suitable products and installation options
• Communicate with you about orders, support, or follow-ups
